707 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 707 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 707 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the 707 platform. Continued use following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
The 707 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are residents or citizens of Malaysia who are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 707. This document is updated from time to time — the most recent update date is stated at the bottom of this page.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
- Information provided during registration — including name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
- All activity that takes place through your account is your sole responsibility, unless it can be proven that the account was accessed without authorisation.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the 707 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
- The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Creating an account using false information, another person's identity, or invalid documents is strictly prohibited.
- Misusing promotions, offers, or bonuses through dishonest or deceptive means is strictly prohibited.
- Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 707 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required, and no hidden charges will be applied during standard deposit or withdrawal processes.
Deposits can be made via TNG eWallet and approved Malaysian bank transfers. Funds are credited once the transaction is confirmed. 707 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any large or unusual deposits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or TNG eWallet used for the deposit. Users may be required to complete account verification before their first withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the selected method.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 707 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
707 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other suspicious financial activity
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse of the platform's systems, promotions, or other users
- Requests from competent authorities
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the circumstances of the case. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact the support team for further clarification.
Platform Liability Limits
The 707 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Technical failures, server outages, or internet disruptions beyond our control
- User actions that violate these terms or applicable Malaysian law
- Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence
- Game or betting outcomes resulting from the user's own voluntary decisions
707 provides this platform as an entertainment medium. All betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the respective user.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 707 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 707. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from 707.
Third-Party Links
The 707 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not operate or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external sites is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms of those respective sites.
Changes to Terms
707 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the 707 platform will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
